M

THE HOLY SPIRIT TEACHES
Matthew 10

[19] When they deliver you up, do not be anxious how you are to speak or what you are to say; for what you are to say will be given to you in that hour;
[20] for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you.
M
Luke 12

[11] And when they bring you before the synagogues and the rulers and the authorities, do not be anxious how or what you are to answer or what you are to say;
[12] for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say.
AGAINST THE HOLY SPIRIT
Matthew 12

[31] Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.

[32] And whoever says a word against the Son of man will be forgiven;
but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.

Mark 3

[28] Truly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they utter;

[29] but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin" --
[30] for they had said, "He has an unclean spirit.
Luke 12

[8] And I tell you, every one who acknowledges me before men, the Son of man also will acknowledge before the angels of God;
[9] but he who denies me before men will be denied before the angels of God.
[10] And every one who speaks a word against the Son of man will be forgiven;
but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.

THE HOLY ANGELS #1
Matthew 16

[27] For the Son of man is to come with his angels in the glory of his Father, and then he will repay every man for what he has done.
Mark 8

[38] For whoever is ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him will the Son of man also be ashamed, when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
Luke 9

[26] For whoever is ashamed of me and of my words, of him will the Son of man be ashamed when he comes in his glory and the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.
THE SACRED
Matthew 23

[16] Woe to you, blind guides, who say, `If any one swears by the temple, it is nothing; but if any one swears by the gold of the temple, he is bound by his oath.'
[17] You blind fools! For which is greater, the gold or the temple that has made the gold sacred?
[18] And you say, `If any one swears by the altar, it is nothing; but if any one swears by the gift that is on the altar, he is bound by his oath.'
[19] You blind men! For which is greater, the gift or the altar that makes the gift sacred?
[20] So he who swears by the altar, swears by it and by everything on it;
[21] and he who swears by the temple, swears by it and by him who dwells in it;
[22] and he who swears by heaven, swears by the throne of God and by him who sits upon it.

THE HOLY PLACE
Matthew 24

[15] So when you see the desolating sacrilege spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place
(let the reader understand),

[16] then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains;

Mark 13

[14] But when you see the desolating sacrilege set up where it ought not to be
(let the reader understand),

then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains;

Luke 21

[20] But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation has come near.

[21] Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, and let those who are inside the city depart, and let not those who are out in the country enter it;
THE HOLY ANGELS #2
Matthew 25

[31] When the Son of man comes in his glory, and all the [holy] angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne.
[32] Before him will be gathered all the nations, and he will separate them one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats,

FROM THE FOURTH GOSPEL

The Gods

John 10

[34] Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, `I said, you are gods'?
[35] If he called them gods to whom the word of God came (and scripture cannot be broken),
[36] do you say of him whom the Father consecrated and sent into the world, `You are blaspheming,' because I said, `I am the Son of God'?
[37] If I am not doing the works of my Father, then do not believe me;
[38] but if I do them, even though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me and I am in the Father.

The Paraclete

John 14

[26] But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.

Sanctify Them in Truth

John 17

[15] I do not pray that thou shouldst take them out of the world, but that thou shouldst keep them from the evil one.
[16] They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
[17] Sanctify them in the truth; thy word is truth.
[18] As thou didst send me into the world, so I have sent them into the world.
[19] And for their sake I consecrate myself, that they also may be consecrated in truth.
[20] I do not pray for these only, but also for those who believe in me through their word,
[21] that they may all be one; even as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

The Breathing

John 20

[22] And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, Receive the Holy Spirit.
[23] If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained."
